Superior Buildings
Each of our buildings has a stand alone set-up. The buildings contain in excess of 30,000 square feet each. In addition, we have 20 storage warehouses for customers requiring personal control of their property. Our warehouses are fully insulated, with 25-foot high ceilings and sun-roof design for proper lighting. There are 12 dock doors for easy access. We are located on 15 acres of paved and fenced property.

Fire Prevention
Our outstanding dry sprinkler system is maintained four times a year by an outside inspector and is designed to fill with water only when there is fire. Sprinkler heads activate individually to avoid excess water damage.

First Rate Security
We maintain motion, door and window detection systems. The automatic alarm is connected to a reporting station for police, fire and emergency services.

Computers
Our inventory is maintained on our Accu-plus system, utilizing first-in and first-out procedures with electronic data interchange. We also have automatic tracing of shipments for service through our EDI system.

Back-up Generators
In the event of electrical failure, we have an automatic electrical back-up system of generators to ensure that our safety and security systems remain operable.
